JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Work closely with the Education and Programmes team on significant education programmes.
» Assist with education and programmes-related preparation and administration.
» Engage with schools to determine their needs and coordinate their visits.
» contact with docents and vendors for student tours and workshops.
» Conduct public programmes, school talks and gallery sessions.
» Meet and greet school groups that visit SAM.
» Create, organize and maintain visitorship figures, surveys and databases.
» Manage education email account and enquiries.
» Manage educational resources and publications.
» Other tasks as required. Job Requirements:
» Diploma/Degree in arts management, visual art, education or related fields is preferred.
» Good written and communication expertise in English.
» Able to multi-task and work with tight project timelines.
» Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and willing to work flexible hours when required.
» Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
