Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Well-known Fashion brand. (Call center, customer service position)
» Attend inbound calls
» Attend to call-back requests from customers
» Ensure follow-up on escalated cases
» Assist customer with e-commerce purchases and matters
» Journey planner enquiries from customer
» Perform simple investigation for cases
» Attend to emails enquiry when necessary
» Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leaders or managersRequirements:
» Min GCE ‘N’ Level or ‘O’ Level Holder
» Prior working practice in call centre is preferred
» A team player with good interpersonal and communications expertise
» Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
