JOB DESCRIPTION We are a Korean fashion brand that specialises in handbag and shoes. We are pursuing a full time sales associates to join our team.

::: Responsibilities :::? 1) customer service
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customers by giving suggestions and alternative choice
of merchandise.
- Achieve and exceed sales target of the store.
- Answer and handle customer calls in house and back office.
2) shop operation
- Operate POS register efficiently including regular transactions
and conduct everyday balancing and closing of cash collection
*Assist in stock count, price changes and display changes?
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained
- Assist with in store events and promotions.?
- Assist with admin/operations and housekeeping tasks.
3) stock control / back office
- Minimise stock losses through appropriate stock control and
stock count measures and manage stock room.?
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
4) general
- Assist with admin/operations and housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with head office in Korea.?
- Attend meetings and trainings in the head office when required
to gain greater knowledge of the brands and products.
::: Requirements ::: - Diploma with 1-2 years of significant practice.
- Availcapability to work evenings, weekends and holiday. Able to work overtime hours when necessary.
- Strong communicator with a focus on customer service.
- Work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Must be able to Speak English fluently .
- Have a passion and knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Must hold Singapore citizenship.
