» Processing of non-trade invoices and routing for approvals with correct GL segments and cost centre into Oracle Fusion system and good for payment
» Perform 3-way matching of PO invoices with proper supporting and readiness for payment
» contact with suppliers for credit notes
» contact with Business Unit for timely completion of Goods receiving prior to month end
» Support Business Units and monitor expenses incurred
» Handle month end closing activities including balance sheet schedules
» Handle any other ad-hoc financial support activities
Job requirements » Diploma / degree in accounting / finance
» 1 - 2 years of working practice
» Working expertise in SAP (ideal)
» Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel (features like vlookup and filter etc.)
» Information technology savvy and not afraid to work with multiple systems
» “Can-do” attitude with a high level of integrity
» Versatile and can adapt to a dynamic working environment
» Focused and meticulous in his/her work
