Our client is looking for someone who has strong track record in ready-to-wear or leather good, someone who practise excellence in clienteling and CRM.
Client Details Our client is a luxury European brand who specialises in both leather goods and ready-to-wear. As the brand continues to expand and focus on designs and quality, they would like to hire a Ready-to-wear specialist or Leather goods specialist with strong tack record in sales, clienteling, CRM and follow-ups.
Description The key responsibilities include but are not limited to
- reporting to the Store Manager for sales performance
- maintaining good relationship with VIP customers and returns for sales and events
- Supervising and coaching other sales on customer service and product knowledge
- performing regular follow-ups with customers
- receiving first hand materials about new collections
- being the strongest role model in the respective specialisations
Profile Successful candidates must have - At least 3-4 years of experience in luxury ready-to-wear or leather goods
- Having their own existing customer database
- Passionate and polished
- excellent communication skills
- Sensitive to luxury market fashion trends
- Able to work at retail shift hour
- Demonstrate strong drive and track record in CRM and clienteling
