Our client is looking for someone with strong Senior Sales experience to have a step up into the Supervisor position for the brand flagship store.
Client Details Our client is a European luxury fashion brand. As its increasing popularity in the region and in Singapore, the brand is building the flagship store in Singapore and would like to hire a very strong existing Senior Sales to be their Store Supervisor.
Description Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Performing individual sales and coaching other SA/SSA for better clienteling
- Giving feedback from the ground to the management team
- Presenting sales performance and being able to do reporting
- Reporting to Store Manager and facilitating the Assistant Store Manager
- Motivating the team and team bonding
Profile Successful candidate must have
- at least 2 years of experience at Senior Sales positions
- Strong business acumen and explosure in luxury retail
- strong influencing power and potential to be groomed into ASM
- Personal success stories in clienteling and CRM
- Client network in ready-to-wear and leather goods
