Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
» Manage Stock Inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels. consciousness of stocks in various locations including damage, write-off, sample, on-loan locations and transfers (shop-to-shop and replenishment)
» Determine styles and prices for new launch and markdown periods
» Generate and analyze all weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
» Act as liaison to all aspects of the business including design and product development, planning, visual merchandising and marketing to ensure brand consistency, and deliverables and product lifecycle calendar deadlines are met Work closely with the retail operations team on visual merchandising to decide how products should be displayed in-store to maximise consumer interest and drive sales
» Develop product assortment and range planning
» Plan product ranges by store and prepare sales and stock plans in conjunction with inventory
» Review and manage product market analysis, trends, assortment styles (selection and buying) for all seasons
» Conduct sell through analysis, to identify the best-sellers/market needs in view of increasing store productivity
» Manage purchases and shipment by target SKU with reference to order cycles, category, style and price points
» Develop and manage OTB for all product categories
» Manage fulfillment requests for merchandise with retail market
» Manage planning and allocation to maximise sales
» Manage stock aging of products and warehouse inventory
» Identify and implement best practices
The Ideal Candidate » Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Economics, Applied Mathematics or its equivalent
» At least 2 years of significant practice
» Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP
» Strong analytical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of retail math
» Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required
» Excellent interpersonal expertise
» Strong capability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
» Strategic thinker
» Innovative
» Strong leadership abilities expertise
» Good business acumen
