Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Provide admin support, meeting minutes and services to the related department and Chairman Secretary
» Provide corporate affairs and event management support
» Support accounts and sales department data entry
» Responsible in commission and incentive consolidation
» Assist in stock take
» Cover receptionist when not around
» Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
» At least 1 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required language: English and Chinese to contact with Chinese counterpart
» Positive working attitude, meticulous and organized individual with initiative
» Good verbal /written communication expertise
» Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
WORKING HOURS: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
