Job responsibilities: » Responsible for Bigo Live Singapore day-to-day operations, understands live-streaming business & competition in market?use Data Analysis & Product Strategy to determine Content Operations directions
» Responsible for all operations strategy & execution, able to work with data to improve operations efficiency and operations diversity. Able to effectively analyze and categorize streaming content and streamers, thus run operations more effectively
» Recruit and manage streaming talents
» Able to identify hot topics in the country to capture on our streaming platform
» Understand market needs & demands, able to feed the market with most trendy topics through community knowledge and BD. Able to deliver and execute with excellence. Requirements:
» Excellent teamwork spirit, excellent analytical and problem solving expertise
