Job Descriptions: » Handle epos cashiering.
» To provide customers with efficient and friendly checkout services and ensure that they are leaving the store satisfied with their shopping practice.
» Help answer customer questions or find another associate to assist the customer.
» Answer store phone calls (as required), ensure customer calls are handled in a friendly and expedient fashion.
» Maintain a clean and safe checkout area.
» Establish customer loyalty through delivery of good customer service standards.
» Assist in receiving, arranging and replenishing of stocks.
» Assist in housekeeping.
» Handle simple administrative tasks.
Beauty Advisor
Job Descriptions: » To promote fragrance/skincare and makeup products.
» To provide professional advice to customers on beauty trends, product expertise and assist with products selection.
» Establish customer loyalty through delivering of professional and excellent customer service.
Job Requirements: » Minimum 2 years of working practice in beauty industry or in a fast-paced retail environment.
» Possess practice in supervising a team.
» Good managery and communication expertise.
» Excellent customer service and results oriented.

» Candidate with significant working practices will be considered for adjunct/Shop Manager function.
