JOB DESCRIPTION Job Scope
» Responsible for managing the everyday operation of retail outlet
» Proactive in achieving the monthly sales targets
» Manage a team of retail associates effectively thereby reducing turnover rate
» Effective planning of weekly rosters to ensure maximum utilization of manpower
» Responsible for inventory management
» Handling customer service
» Staff training - counsel and coach on demand, maintain high grooming standards
» supervise stock loss/ damage avoidance issues Requirement
» Required language(s): Mandarin, English - to communicate with Chinese tourists.
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
» Good leadership abilities and interpersonal skill
» Independent and organized with good initiatives
» Flair in customer service
» Willing to work rotating shift hours (Downtown/ Airport hours)
» Preferable able to commence work immediately
