» Assist in creative concept development for store/retail design.
» Prepare CAD layout and 3D renderings for Senior Management and Landlord approval.
» Prepare construction drawings, material board, details, etc. for Landlord submission and GC fabrication.
» Liaising with external vendors, contractors and other stakeholders for any review and approve design changes and construction field conditions that arise.
» Good AutoCAD expertise
» Good 3D Max rendering expertise.
» Good retail construction detailing expertise.
» Good communication expertise.
» Assist in ad hoc and assigned task
