Position Summary: The position will execute the financial closing, reporting, statutory compliance in audit and tax requirements, and the effective operation of the internal controls in Singapore and Malaysia.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
» To execute the everyday financial operations and financial reporting of the Singapore and/or Malaysia operations.
» To submit timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close.
» Meet all reporting deadlines.
» to execute the following finance tasks:
» Full set of accounts and in charge of GL and AR cycle.
» Bank reconciliation, cash management, cash count
» Monthly financial reporting and financial statement analysis.
» Monthly and yearly budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
» Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget and forecast.
» Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedule and variance analysis.
» Ensure all transactions are accounted for in conformity with US GAAP and IFRS.
