» Manage and ensure day-to-day operational availcapability of servers, network and other Information technology facilities and the operation of in-house machine room.
» Plan and Manage Information technology Infrastructure Services development, deployment and support on Virtualization, SAN Storage, Enterprise Backup and related management tool
» Perform routine system and network monitoring/tuning, forecast planning and backup to ensure smooth Information technology operation of corporate Information technology infrastructure.
» Plan and Perform routine maintenance and upgrade for servers hardware/software, network and other Information technology facilities equipments.
» Deploy and Implement security policies to ensure high security of servers, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Internet access.
» Perform routine servers/data backup. Implement DR policies and conducting a yearly drill to ensure uscapability of backup and strengthen business continuity.
» Perform yearly Infrastructure planning and develop infrastructure road map/upgrade plan.
» Ensure all Information technology Infrastructure compliance to Information technology Audit
» Manage yearly Information technology infrastructure budget for all hardware & software, team and vendor management and manage infrastructure related projects form end-to-end.Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
» Preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
» At least 5 years’ practice in the support, maintenance and delivery of enterprise Information technology infrastructure and network operations covering local and regional aspect.
» Strong technical expertise and working practice in supporting Unix/Linux/Windows servers, VMware, Enterprise Backup/recovery, SAN technologies, active directory, DHCP, DNS, firewalls,
» At least 2 cycles of End-To-End project working practice from planning, deployment to support of infrastructure services.
» Able to execute Infrastructure technical & resource planning (eg. roadmap,maintenance/upgrade plan..etc).
» Skilled in managing external vendor (SLA, contract)
» practice in managing a team of 3 to 4 staffs.
» Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to manage issue independently.
» Good verbal and writing communication expertise to collaborate effectively with team, colleagues, vendor and management staff.
» Able to make presentation material and present concisely.
» practice in implementing or supporting enterprise cloud is a plus.
» Candidate with practice in playing Information technology head function managing an Information technology department (small to medium) will have an advantage.
