Nespresso pioneered the portioned coffee market to provide the highest quality coffee that can be enjoyed in the comfort of consumers' homes and be savoured at out-of-home locations such as restaurants, hotels, offices and luxury retail businesses.
There is now an exciting opportunity in the Nespresso Asia Regional Office for a Demand & Supply Planner to support our agents and distributors. this function would be for an initial contract period of 6 months .
Key Job responsibilities: (1) Active Cooperation with Agent & Distributors
- Establish and maintain frequent contact with agents and distributors to have regular updates on market development.
- Monitor monthly stock cover report, on-going demand and dispatch plan to agents and distributors.
- Organise, convene, and share information between HQ Supply Chain team and distributors concerning product launch, contact information and all demand and supply matters.
- Share Nespresso demand planning best practices with the agents and distributors.
(2) Data Management
- Be a key user of the Nespresso ERP system.
- Lead all matters relating to SKU management, including phase-in and phase-out.
- Support creation of stock location and logistics supply functions.
- Maintain logbook of all SKU and stock location setup.
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to SKU and stock location setup.
- Support projects that require SKU setup and modification.
Requirements: - At least a Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of practice in a similar capacity preferred.
- Prior practice working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-national company would be advantageous.
- A team player who possesses good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
