Training Manager

Our Client is a well known luxury retail company in Singapore. They are seeking a Training Manager to join their team. The prosperous candidate can look forward to work closely with the General Manager and Regional HR Training.
You will be task to conduct induction programmes for new hires and delivering corporate training development activities to maintain effectiveness to meet company standards. Prepare and plan for in-store field coaching with regards to selling expertise, objections handling, people managements expertise and etc.
Ideally you should have at least with 5 years of professional practice in training function within the Retail space. You must have strong analytical, planning and capability to work under pressure. Candidates with good presentation expertise and communication expertise are highly desired. You should possess capability to understand key business drivers, analytical and creative in problem solving. Travelling is a must for the function.
