Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION We are pursuing an practiced Information technology Manager to lead the project delivery teams.
Job responsibilities: - Drives the CRM, Loyalty and Mobile-related platforms, together with business stakeholders
- Develop the solution architecture, identify appropriate platforms, evaluate and select fit for purpose solution that aligns with the Information technology Strategy roadmap
- Start and run medium to large-scale projects in conformity to agreed scope, budget and timeline
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders and be accountable for projects deliverables
- Manage vendors and developers
- Independent player or manage a team of business and system analysts to implement Information technology applications and platforms effectively and efficiently
- Drive good project management practices and governance within the Information technology team
Requirements:
- Degree in Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least eight years of significant work practice in delivering Information technology projects related to real estate, customer relationship, loyalty programs, building construction or related fields
- Have played project functions of project manager, business analyst, solution architect and software developer/operations
- Excellent project & vendor management expertise & practice
- Must have excellent project leading, inter-personal and problem-solving expertise.
- Good written & verbal expertise, able to communicate with all levels of management & staff
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin; the candidate may be required to work closely with Information technology teams and vendors in the region.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CITPM or equivalent) is a major advantage
