Job Scope: » Develop and support Chatbot Digital Channel Strategy and Roadmap
» Drive channel engagement with best in class capabilities and UX
» Execute digital communications and campaigns
» Support in improving channel usage and engagement
» Support and manage Chatbot and other digital initiatives
» Conceptualize initiatives and formalize business case to justify budget
» contact with internal teams to gain buy-in and support
» Gather and produce business requirements documents
» contact with internal teams to ensure UAT testing and Live Verification timelines are performed and met
» Support online marketing efforts through channels and management of campaign sites and pages
» Perform Chatbot as a channel tracking and analysis
