Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cyber security specialists
• Participate in continual improvement of security tools, controls and supporting processes
• Influence and engage with stakeholders across all business units in relation to cyber security controls and external threat landscape
• Ensure that controls are sufficiently well designed and operating effectively to keep risks within tolerance level
• Strengthen local security operations by leading global and local cyber security initiatives
• Responsible to deliver and manage annual cost budget for department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security related field
• At least 10 years of working experience in a relevant field, with experience in Managed Security Services and Security Operations environment
• Strong knowledge in Information Security frameworks and methodologies (NIST, ISO) is highly preferred
• Prior experience in leading a team is necessary
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GSEC etc will be highly advantageous
