SUMMARY Our client is a global full-service clinical CRO focused on providing all Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Due to business expansion needs, they are looking to hire a newly-created position to join the team.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Clinical Research Associate will be tasked with responsibilities such as ensuring compliance for the clinical research studies assigned to and conducting routine monitoring for research sites. You will be the primary resource to the clinical investigator and site staff, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
THE OPPORTUNITY This is a newly-created role due to expansion needs. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing and award-winning CRO with internal growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS You should have a Bachelor's degree in a health or science related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Clinical Research Associate. Ideally you should have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to monitoring sites.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about this space, detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. Candidates with leadership skills and show ability to take initiative to suggest process improvements will be highly valued as well.
