Reponsibilities
- Provide plastic processing advice to customers with knowledge in plastic processing technologies
- Attend trials to help customers use the product through plastic processing techniques
- Propose new technologies to customers to help improve customers’ production
- Marketing support to expand the demand and explore new application of the product
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during trial
- Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business
- Research, evaluate and recommend new products that will meet customer needs
- Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and to provide suggestions/solutions to customers
- Any ad-hoc support activities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements - Degree in Chemical / Polymer Science / related studies
- Min 3 years of experience in working with plastic industry such as chemical products company, packaging manufacturer etc.
- Experience packaging materials
- Familiar with injection machines
- Customer service oriented, able to understand customer’s need and provide solution
Ability to work well under pressure * Frequent oversea travelling is required
