To provide the highest level of service and infrastructure availability,ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities according to company standards and procedure MNC, Aerospace Industry Day shift hour Working Location: Loyang 1 year contract Responsibilities: To provide the highest level of service and infrastructure availability, ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities according to company standards and procedures or customer requirements as needed, maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first class support activities Provide proactive fault monitoring and first level incident management for the entire set of products supported in the Command Centre Report and escalate all observed problems to the proper company operational escalation points Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of production systems and other products serviced by Service & Infrastructure Operations Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Carry out proactive fault monitoring and incident management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside company, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements Participate in or may lead problem resolution and cause analysis Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, repairs in accordance with the Service & Infrastructure Operations and Delivery guidelines and instructions where provided Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations Perform tests on hardware and software components and be responsible for the co-ordination of acceptance testing with customers and third parties Perform change management, configurations, design and implementation of the supported products and systems Maintain documentation on set of products being supported Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience in Windows Technologies is preferred Microsoft Certification (MCP/MCSE/MCSA) Experience with Exposed to Windows Server OS, Windows 7/10 is preferred Experience in t icketing tools is preferred Knowledge of Airport/Airline Operations is preferred Experience in customer services / helpdesk environment is preferred 1 to 3 years of experience of basic troubleshooting of network protocols Knowledge and/or experience with multi-tasking operating systems (Server/Windows) is a must ITIL certification (e.g. Foundation, Change, Incident and Problem management) is preferred Excellent Customer Service Focus (taking ownership to resolve issues and following a discipline of continuous improvement) To apply, please visit to www.gmprecruit.com and search for Job Reference: 13901 To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Summer at
