Key Job responsibilities: » Responding to general enquiries including taking orders
» Responding to customer complaints and sending customer feedback to the person in charge
» Answering customer emails, calls and social media messages
» Support delivery team to contact customers regarding delivery issues
» Support warehouse team to contact customers regarding swops or OOS items
» Updating customer service tracker
» All marketing specific liaison with customers Key Requirements:
» Prior Customer Service practice
» Prior Marketing support practice
» Fluent English
» Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Photoshop or similar
» Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise
» Positive and can-do attitude
