- Collaborate with business or operations experts to understand and address their data needs required to support better decision making
- Collate significant membership related data and analyse and interpret the patterns and trends to provide insights to business users
- Build and maintain reports, ad-hoc queries and dashboards as needed in order to monitor business operations and deep dive into data to deal with business problems.
- Participate in a Business Intelligence project implementation including gathering business requirements and translating them into detail requirements documentation, work with technical resources to design and model data, build reports/ dashboards, develop and execute test cases and prepare documentation & training materials.
- Improve quality of data such as support for activities to get members to update their membership data
- Fulfil data and reporting requests received from business units within the organization
Requirements: - Strong data analytical skills with the capability to collect, organize, analyse, and present findings with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical skills regarding data models, database design development
- expertise of data mining and segmentation techniques are advantageous
- Prior practice in business intelligence and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
- Proficient with SQL and Excel
- Data-oriented personality with good communication skills
- Work independently and able to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Degree in data management, analytics, statistics, mathematics or business management with min. 2 years’ practice related to data analysis
