Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Purpose of the function:
Reporting to the Manager, you supervise the Colorectal Cancer Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit screening project. This includes operations, logistics, data and managing partnerships. You will assist the project team lead to conceptualize, plan and implement the campaign.
Key Job responsibilities: 1. Assist with Campaign Management
» Assist Team Lead to organise ground activities such as forums, talks, exhibitions and roadshows
» Ensure smooth operations of the cancer screening efforts on ground, arising from the campaign
» Provide secretariat support for sub committees (coordination of meetings, minutes taking, agenda, reports etc)
» Work with internal/external stakeholders to seek sponsorships and collaboration
» Measure and report performance of all campaigns, including the number of people screened for specific cancers
» Plan and allocate manpower for FIT distribution during campaign months 2. Partner (Stakeholder) Management
» Recruitment of partners for the distribution of FIT kits
» Plan and prepare training and monthly reports for partners
» Support logistics for FIT kit supplies and forms collection
» Provide timely support and maintain a high level of engagement with the partners
» Ensure timely communication to all partners and pharmacies 3. Stock Management
» Plan and purchase stocks and materials in a timely manner
» contact with partner and vendor on stock movement
» Monitor and tracking of inventory and stock movement
» Conduct monthly stock take 4. Logistics
» Manage stock requests from various partners
» contact for collection and/or delivery
» Co-ordinate requests and manage deployment of resources (manpower, training and logistics for stocks) 5. Database Management
» Managing vendor for system access and records keyed
» everyday checks and uploads of screening participants data
» Monitor results notification
» Updating of system records and handing positive case follow-up
» Survey form data entry/data analysis 6. Others tasks include
» Forecast and track budget and expenses
» Subvention claims & processing
» Purchasing and billing
» Handling of calls

» Able to work on some weekends Language:
» English
» Mandarin as many of the volunteers, members of the public speak Mandarin
» expertise of dialects will be useful as many members of the public speak Mandarin
Qualifications & practice:
» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development/Project Management/Operations or equivalent.
