Job Description: 1. A excellent story teller with a good understand of B2B community across APAC.
2. Exceptional communication and written skills to create and amplify key messages across different markets.
3. Work with a team of marketing across all omni channels including events to build and assert our thought leadership.
4. Develop an unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build share of voice across all channels.
5. Have a detailed understanding of Key Opinion Leaders (external and internal) across APAC markets
6. Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our potential and existing customers.
7. Be the creative leader on the team, rallying together disparate channels (e.g., search, social, email, push, etc.) for a more holistic customer acquisition journey
8. Acquire and thoroughly track incremental members through all channels (paid and non-paid)
9. Ensure diversification of member acquisition channels, while maintaining overall CPA goals
10. Compile detailed reporting of all live marketing campaigns that illustrate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing channels
11. Work closely with vendors and internal groups to implement marketing campaigns and tracking
12. Troubleshoot ad delivery and performance
13. Partner with Marketing operations team to implement flawless processes and marketing automation tools to track and assess quality of acquired customer
14. Own, develop and strategically scale community education and engagement program and, optimizing for greater impact for all businesses and people in APAC
15. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including but not limited to sales, product, policy, legal, marketing, community partnerships and communications
16. Localize global educational curriculum to deepen digital skills for small businesses and communities in APAC
Requirements 1. 3-5+ years of experience in various areas of B2B Community Engagement marketing.

3. Experience at companies with a self-service customer acquisition model
4. Deeply analytical, ability to partner closely with analysts to develop informative viewpoints
5. Proven track-record of managing and delivering online traffic growth from multiple sources including direct, SEO, sponsored links, banner ads, affiliates, and website A/B testing and optimization to drive conversions
6. Proven experience is user/community engagement
7. Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements
8. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn all tools and processes
9. Intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand what drives customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative data
10. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners
11. Able to be strategic, but also drive tactics and execution; willing to get your hands dirty and get the job done
12. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
13. Strong team player; comfortable working cross function
14. Passion for marketing metrics and process improvement
