Job Description Event Coordinators
-to assist with planning and execution and coordinating of various events.
-to work closely with operations to translate concepts into certainty
-Assist Events Director during meetings and visits with clients
-Source for and coordinate with vendors and external parties
-Assist clients with their needs and requirements
-Manage event rundown and execution during events
Qualifications & Requirements: -Excellent skills in MS Office
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Creative and Resourceful
-Excellent time-management and multi-tasking
-Prior experience in event management and planning will be highly beneficial
