Job Description To implement and drive the Alcon global product security strategy across specific regions while managing & conducting investigations into counterfeit & diverted Alcon products

- Drive the Alcon worldwide product security strategy and integrate this into operational programs within region of responsibilities, in order to protect Alcon against product security threats.
- Drive systems and processes across the business to improve patient safety, preserve business reputation and reduce risks to corporate social responsibility obligations.
- Drive the continuous development, improvement and delivery of the product security strategy and ensure priorities, prevention-initiatives and action plans are aligned, understood and implemented across functions and geographies.
- Partner with key Alcon stakeholders to bring counterfeiters and illegal traders to justice and recover losses through law enforcement and legal action, demonstrating a tangible 'return on investment' for the product security program.
- Track and measure the performance of the product security strategy.
Minimum requirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience at a global level is required/Graduate Degree preferred.
- Fluent in English (essential).
- 5-10 year's experience in an international/global environment. Law enforcement/security background desirable.
- Experience in product security, anti-counterfeiting strategies, anti-illicit trade investigations.
- A criminal investigations / litigation / law / FCPA-SOX investigations background desirable.
- A corporate security or product security background. Capable of interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders and delivering
- People, influencing and change management experience essential
- Ability to influence at senior exec level
