An international project management consultancy with an established presence in the region is looking for an Assistant Project Manager on a portfolio of office fit out projects within Singapore.
As an Assistant PM, your duties would include:
- Successfully manage, execute, complete and handover works;
- Liaising with consultants for material/subcontractors submittal; and approval on time in coordination and contractors/consultants
- Oversee the projects activities and assigned work responsibilities
- Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering/coordination and implementation/execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress
- Project reviews with the team
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Between 4-6 years of Singapore experience in as a mechanical or electrical engineer with an engineering practice or project management role in a D&B firm
- A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Must have worked on the delivery of office, retail or hospitality fit out projects in Singapore.
- Proven leadership skills within both a project and organisational context
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
