About our Client:

A major player in the industry, our Client is a leading international provider of Kitchen and Bath with a dominant presence in Asia. Due to their rapid growth and commitment towards market leadership, they are currently sourcing for an experienced and well-connected Specification Sales Manager to build relationships within the Building & Construction industries, such as Architects, Designers, and Consultants.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, you will present the full range of solutions and products to planning authorities. Responsible for a challenging target of completed specifications, it will be expected of you to establish a strong pre-sales customer base and obtain new accounts. You will work closely with the local sales team and an overseas pre-sales department in order to ensure projects are won for our Client.

Candidate Profile:

To qualify, you must have a Diploma in Engineering or similar/equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant specification experience. You must have had experience with the building and construction industries, and have an extensive network of Architects and Interior Designers, and Consultants. You must be willing to travel within Asia and possess good interpersonal and communication skills to promote inter-department collaboration.
