Deliver a high quality, well-designed and productive workplace for staff based in Singapore and overseas;
Identify and validate existing and future organizational requirements and workplace needs including utilization, growth and specialised requirements.
Plan and implement strategies and initiatives that efficiently use the organization’s real estate assets, and help to future-proof the workplace
Engage with end-users, analyse space and seat requirements and provide space plans, block and stacking plans, layouts, scenario options and recommendations to management
Establish and review workspace standards and implement them across the corporate portfolio.
Responsible to maintain utilisation and occupancy data of corporate portfolio within the software system of record; manage spacewalks to validate and provide regular occupancy metrics to management;
Partner and assist departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution; assist with change management where necessary;
Conduct research, data analytics, analyse workplace and technology trends in employee experience/ work behaviours; Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights with regards to workplace strategy, design and best practices.
Participate in the workplace planning for a new campus project.
The ideal candidate should have/ be:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3 years’ experience in space planning for commercial real estate or hospitality planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, databased and presentation software (e.g. MS Excel & Powerpoint) is required
Experience working with corporate real estate software like Archibus or Serraview is preferred
Familiar with workplace strategy, workplace technologies, employee experience and change management
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Solutions-oriented, analytical with ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
Good conflict management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
