As an Ambassador for the store; customers are always in focus and taking into account of customer satisfaction goals, you are accountable for the SFM/Bistro revenue and Food Direction & Strategy. You are to empower and encourage your team to take immediate action to meet the needs of customers to continuously improving our standards. You are also responsible for the efficient organization of the business area in relation to financial performance i.e. gross profit, costs, man-hours planning, productivity levels. Cooperation with the Food Management Team to enhance the link between the Restaurant & Caf and the Swedish Food Market by taking actions to promote cross merchandising/communication. Working closely with the stores Commercial Calendar; integrating Swedish celebrations to include activity range and communication packages. Adherence to the guidelines stipulated in Concept Documentation and Safety & Security Risk Manual on top of guidelines and plans is paramount in ensuring a safe working environment for co-workers and customers. Act in accordance with the Sustainability Direction and work with the team to take actions that contribute to sustainability, such as waste management. A promoter of the Values and create a healthy Culture in the work environment for co-worker. Be a coach for co-workers; securing their training and develop successors to the roles in the department. Your profile You have good exposure to a vibrant retail environment, with at least 3 years of food service management experience in a high-volume business. Strong leadership with experience in managing and developing a team. You are customer-focused, highly analytical and able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Preferably with sales experience and knowledge of merchandising techniques gained in a Store or similar food service/hospitality. Experience and with proven track records for creating long-term action plans and setting budgets and follow up. Salary Range : $4,900 - $5,600, 5 Days work week. Available to work weekends and PH. Rotating shift. Restaurant Team Leader - Fast Food (1 FT position) Who are you? You have at least 3 years of leadership experiences with a solid background in food service management, preferably in a high volume restaurant operation and have passion with strong knowledge of culinary or food service industry. Being customer focused, analytical, good in communication and enjoying work in a fast paced environment comes naturally for you. Have proven leadership abilities and commercial acumen in ensuring effective cost and resource management. You lead by example and enjoy sharing your knowledge in developing and coaching the co-workers to support our Stores growth. Ability to support retail peaks including weekends and Public Holidays are required. You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of PC skills. You will support the Restaurant Manager in the administration and operation of the restaurant. You ensure efficient operations of the restaurant with special attention to the preparation and serving of food that enhance visitor experience. Constantly follow up on the quality and food safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for co-workers/ customers in accordance with all local health and safety regulations, operational and standards. Secure that food/dish costs, operational costs, sales mix and inventory is controlled and at an optimized level. Assist in planning of roster, manhour and supervise activities of our co-workers to ensure optimization in efficient manner.
