Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION • Monday to Friday/ 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm

Job responsibilities: - Greeting and receiving all guests visiting office. Escorting guest to meeting rooms
- Delivering excellent guest service and rotating to be lobby ambassador
- Handle all incoming switchboard calls from staff, clients and public in an efficient manner according to service standards
- supervise reservation system and administration, process all requests and manage meeting rooms’ inventory, recommend ways to maximize meeting rooms’ utilization rates
- Take ownership of problems such as handle all feedbacks, complaints and requests promptly according to established procedures and then report to manager for further follow up when necessary
- Work with team and exceed in the needs and expectations of clients
- Familiarize with the facilities, functions, events and latest updates to provide accurate information
- Ensure that front desk, meeting rooms are maintained to establish standards
- Be accountable for personal compliance with company policies, procedures and codes
- Assist with catering functions, admin and finance paper work
- Assist with events planning and execution
Job Requirements: - Min 5 years’ practice in hospitality industry or equivalent
- Well versed in Microsoft office applications
- Team player and adaptable in fast paced environment
- Able to speak fluently and be presentable
