Job responsibilities: »Perform order processing and ensure order are fulfilled on time
»Attend to customers’ enquiries, emails and phone calls
»contact closely with government authorities with regards to official document submissions
» Follow up with customers on outstanding balances
Requirements: »Min. NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
»NO practice REQUIRED. TRAINING PROVIDED
» Bilingual in English and Mandarin to contact with Mandarin speaking associates
» Singaporean only
