Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION tasks:
- Responsible to meet all operation key performance indicators (KPI) and required service standard described
- This position is responsible in assisting the Fulfilment & Planning Manager in managing the assigned internal customer accounts.
- Main contact point for internal accounts for action and information request
Internal Accounts Service Support
- Ensure internal accounts orders are processed and completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure reports are submitted to internal accounts on a timely manner to defined schedules and to accounts requirements
- Manage ad-hoc request from internal accounts
- Investigate root-cause of incidents and service failures, make recommendation to significant stakeholder for improvements
- Provide support whenever deem required
Cycle Count
- Initiate cycle count as per schedule
- Ensure proper documentation of cycle count sheet for audit trail purpose
- Responsible in reconciling warehouse stock discrepancies
- Coordinate with inventory control team on WMS and WCS stock discrepancies
Customer KPI
- Collate and compute the monthly reports
- Analyse the KPI result and provide suggestions to improve the service level when necessary
- Achieve & maintain consistent service specific key performance indicator
Billing to Customer
- Ensure all billings are done timely & accurate manner with all necessary supporting documents
Others
- Maintain and compare inventory accuracy between Automation’s WCS & Internal account’s WMS system
- Assist Fulfilment & Planning Manager in analysing operations related data and make applicable recommendations
- Additional functions as mandated by Management
Requirements: - 1-2 years of practice in Logistics Industry, preferably practiced/have expertise of export processes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to manage stress
