Job Job responsibilities:

»Preparing of sales orders (PO, DO, claims, Invoice, sales contracts)

» contact with significant department to process customers’ orders and inquiries.

» contact with forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery of suppliers and customers’ orders.

»Updates internal reports promptly and regularly.

Requirement

» Minimum 2 years’ practice as sales Coordinator

» Bilingual in Mandarin and English to contact with Mandarin Speaking Associate

» Proficient in MS office applications (Microsoft Word & Excel)

» Only Singaporean May Apply
