Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the incumbent will develop and execute sales actions and plans to drive sales for all F&B outlets. The incumbent will be working with the Food and Beverage Department to maximize revenue opportunities.
Job responsibilities: - » Manage the portfolio of all Food and Beverage Department’s marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
» Coordinate all F&B promotions with Sales & Marketing Department to ensure proper implementation.
» Establish a clear Food & Beverage Restaurants’ Sales kit and communicate with outlets on usage.
» Establish the general F&B Marketing strategy, the yearly F&B Marketing Plan together with the Director of F&B and Outlets’ managers.
» Communicate all promotions in a timely and professional manner to the Restaurants by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution.
» Maintain a proper Customer data base in conjunction with restaurant team and co-ordinates with corporate marketing for marketing distribution.
» Act as a Customer Relation agent and spend time with Customers / Members to establish a developing business relationship. Establish Client satisfaction surveys and reports results to the management.
» Support the Food & Beverage team in special events and promotions.
» Conduct, compile, analysis market researches and reports results monthly to the Director of F&B. Comes up with regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by month.
» Work closely with Marketing & Communication to establish marketing strategy to drive and maximize restaurants’ revenue.
» To be hands-on with operation requirements. Requirements: -
» Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
» Proven track record with at least 3 years related practice in F&B Sales/Marketing in hotel/service industry.
» Possess a genuine interest and expertise of Food and Beverage promotions.
» Well connected with a strong network of customers and business partners.
» Highly creative, keenly analytical, time sensitive, takes initiative and is self-driven as well as resilient.
» Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
