Job Scopes: » Administraion of lucky draws, partner promotions and compensate redemption for shopping mall's customer loyalty program
» Attend to shoppers' queiries
» Sale of shopping mall gift vouchers and other services such as gift wrapping
» Responsible for general adminstration tasks such as banking in of everyday sale collections
» Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer service
» Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level or A level or Diploma in any field.
» Good organizational and time management skills
» Great communication skills
» A team player
» significant practice in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
» capability to converse fluently in English and other languages will be a plus factor
