To support evolving business needs, they are now seeking a high calibre professional as their Regional CFO. You will be a strategic advisor to the CEO and provide sound financial counsel in support of business decisions and performance for their regional operations. You will be actively involved in evaluating new business opportunities, including investments, managed hotels and franchised hotels to support long term business growth for the organisation. You will also spearhead the Finance operations and champion best practices to drive operational efficiency. A highly visible role, you will be instrumental in charting the future directions and growth of the organisation. Travelling in excess of 30% is anticipated for this position. You are a qualified CA with 20+ years of relevant experience, ideally gained in hospitality space. Prior investment banking and/or private equity background would be advantageous. You have a proven track record in growing the business and deploying new initiatives to enhance business performance.
