Job responsibilities: » Process everyday high volume of suppliers' invoices on everyday basis
» Manage weekly payment run for all suppliers' invoices
» Handle queries from suppliers on outstanding invoices and payment
» Perform monthly suppliers reconciliation reports
» Handle any other ad hoc financial support activities
Requirements: » Diploma holders or LCCI in Accounting with minimum 1 year of working practice in related field
» Proficient in MS office applications
» expertise of Oracle PeopleSoft Accounting System will be an advantage
