Company: The client delivers world class, authentic, tech-enabled short-term rental ( STR ) group experiences targeted at the millennial generation. ; Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the AvantStay Guest Experience (assisting with home entry, WiFi, Pool / Spa functions, etc). Provide Reservation Assistance (processing payment, quoting pricing, working with finance on discounts). Monitor our noise and occupancy tracking tools to ensure compliance and positive neighbor relations Advise guests of their noise level if need be, field calls or complaints from neighbors regarding noise, be a firm authority if need be Escalate difficult matters within the Customer Experience department (gathering all appropriate information / documentation first). Note: previous vacation rental / reservations experience is a plus! Skills: Must possess outstanding Sales skills, Guest service skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible, reliable and collaborative High proficiency in English language (Verbal and written) Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the short-term rental and hospitality industries. Keep up with industry trends and local regulatory environments Strong Customer Service background Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - US PST Amenable to start immediately
