Job Appropriate qualifications:
» Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management / Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent
» At least 2-3 years of Sales practice in the Hospitality Industry
» Proven track record and good network of clientele
» Result-driven individual with excellent PR, communication and interpersonal expertise
» Strong analytical problem solving expertise with an innovative approach in providing solutions
» Pro-active team player Job Job responsibilities:
» Manage portfolio of accounts in the assigned corporate / leisure segments with the objective of generating the budgeted occupancy and average room rate for the hotel
» Develop new accounts while maintaining the current accounts
» Assist in achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction and superviseing the financial performance of the department
» Assist in building and maintaining contact with all clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
» Identify major prospects and formulate action plans & sales strategy aimed at servicing and converting potentials to clients
» Continuously seek opportunities for business & acquisitions within their portfolio
» Monitor market trends, paying attention to yield management
