Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Senior Director of Catering & Events, the incumbent shall be responsible to: -
» Support the Catering Sales Managers in the administrative tasks in the Catering Sales Department;
» Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients;
» Handle ad-hoc department operational task assigned
Requirements » At least 1 year of work practice in a similar capacity in the hotel industry.
» Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication expertise.
» Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
» expertise of Opera System would be added advantage.
