Job Description The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in overseeing the operations of the nursing department. This is a management role, requiring good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:
- Plan and execute strategies to improve customer experience
- Ensure smooth running of daily operation
- Oversee team performance
- Oversee the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
- Development and implementation of procedures and policies
The Successful Applicant You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concept in nursing operations. In addition, you will possess
- Degree in Business Management/Hospitality/Healthcare Management or any equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer oriented
