JOB DESCRIPTION As Duty Manager, you will be responsible in supervision of the Front Office activities to achieve an effective and efficient everyday operation.- Handle guest complaints and follow up with necessary immediate actionRequirement:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Excellent in English Language and Mathematics
- At least 3 years of working practice in the related field
- Team player, good oral / written communications and public relations expertise preferred
