Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the administration and control of all human resource documents and records. Ensure Monthly reports are timely and accurate. Handles administrative and observe all HR procedures and policies. Arrange for interviews for candidates, conduct reference check, prepare employment letters, etc. Update Annual Leave, PH and medical leave timely and accurately. Handle full set of Payroll. Implement staff welfare programs, compensates and recognition.
» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
» Required language(s): Mandarin, English
» At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Human Resource, Communication, Teamplayer
» Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
