Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SCOPE Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible to execute routine tasks in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, baths and public areas under the supervision of the Housekeeping manager.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms)
» Clean and maintain guest room, carpet, furniture and bathrooms daily. Clean and make up rooms and bathrooms according to Hotel's standards and procedures.
» Check and report faulty items that needed repair to the Housekeeping managers/Housekeeping office while in the process of cleaning the guestrooms.
» Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of her/his work area and ensure security of guestrooms and privacy of guests.Housekeeping Attendant (Public Area)
» Cleans and maintain public area, water fountain at the Front Lobby and Drive-In Areas
» Replenish all supplies including toilet paper and soaps in Public Area restrooms.
» Perform carpet shampoo in guestrooms, floor corridors, executive offices as instructed by Housekeeping managers. JOB REQUIREMENTS
» At least 1 year of practice in housekeeping or related field.
» Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
» expertise in use of vacuum cleaner and proper chemicals handling
» Hardworking team player with pleasant personality
» Able to work on 3 rotating shift, including Saturday & Sunday and public holidays
