function Description » Western full service restaurant and bar.
» Serve guests and deliver excellent service levels.
» Bartenders are required to maintain the bar and monitor stocks.
» Co-operate with colleagues to deliver a complete guest practice.
» Maintain cleanliness of restaurant environment.
Requirements » A availability to interact with and serve guests.
» Restaurant practice a bonus but not critical.
» Able to communicate in English effectively.
» Full time – 5 day week (44hrs).
