Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities
» Provide administrative support to a team of sales associates including preparation of proposals and contracts
» Handles telephone or email correspondence in the absence of sales associates and ensures message is conveyed to the person concerned promptly
» To create and maintain proper filing system in the department
» Assist sales associates with site inspections and familiarisation trips including telesales activities
» To coordinate and communicate sales related information to internal departments involved
Job Requirements » Strong administrative and organization expertise
» Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent certification
» capability to work independently in a fast pace environment and meet tight timeline
» Has good communication and interpersonal expertise
» Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
