Qualifications Job Summary The Marketing Communication Executive coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Communications department and assists the Marketing Communications Manager and Assistant Marketing Communications Manager with the implementation of promotional activities and corresponding requirements at the hotel, whilst ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.

Main Responsibilities: - Maintain and update database for marketing communications and public relations
- Coordinate media activities and media-related site inspections
- Media monitoring and sharing of daily and monthly news clippings and highlights
- Compilation of monthly Marketing Communications report
- Provision and updating of hotel information both internally and externally
- Maintain and update department files, correspondences and other relevant business documentation
- Prepare purchase request requisitions
- Control and order stocks or supplies of hotel collaterals, stationery and corporate gifts
- Maintain updated information on press kits and hotel presentations
- Support the team with the creation and production of promotional collaterals for both hotel and dining initiatives
- Assist with updating of content on third-party F&B websites and portals
- Support the Marketing Communications team with duties for media events or other hotel events as required
- Oversee the Marketing Communications generic mailbox and address queries within 24 hours of initial contact
- Handle all mailings for the Marketing Communications Department
- Deliver enthusiastic, positive, helpful and respectful client communication, ensuring precise and effective information transfer
- Ensure clear ongoing communication, so that all colleagues will enjoy a high level of product knowledge, and be able to share about our hotel highlights to guests and clients, as and when required.
· Demonstrate working knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Manager.
Other Areas to Comply with:
- Coordinate all marketing aspects of the departments operation, to ensure that the services of the department are delivered to both internal and external guests in accordance to the St. Regis standards
· To comply with St Regis Code of Conduct at all times.
· Encourage & support training programs
· Be well versed and knowledgeable of St Regis Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure associates are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity.
· Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Head and Hotel Management.
Job Requirement · Minimum Certificate and/or Diploma or equivalent in the Marketing/Hospitality
